Flexible, High Level Care
Our Outpatient Program (OP) is a less intensive, more flexible treatment option for those who require fewer hours of therapy each week. The OP is generally used as the final stepping stone toward independence – once you’ve completed it, you’ll have all of the tools you need to maintain lifelong sobriety.
Assessments of your progress are done regularly, which allow your counselor to adjust your treatment to match your exact needs. Our OP is tailored to meet your needs while fostering physical, emotional and spiritual recovery.
Our outpatient program consists of a minimum of two sessions with your counselor each week, which include family therapy, individual therapy, relapse prevention therapy and group therapy. We focus on process-driven, evidence-based clinical treatments that have proven successful time and time again. Regular meetings with your therapist will provide you with the ongoing professional support you need to stay on track for your sobriety goals.
Benefits of an Outpatient Program
Returning to life can be scary, especially if you fully submerge yourself without the proper support systems in place. The OP allows you to put your life skills in motion but still have the support of therapeutic intervention.
Whatever your responsibilities, they don’t have to suffer due to time-consuming treatment. We will work with you to create a flexible schedule that will provide you with the professional care you require.
Other benefits of participating in an OP include:
- Practice new life skills
- Improved communication and social skills
- Access to a huge support network
- Retain sense of normalcy
- Remain at home with your family
- Lower cost than residential programs
Is OP Right
You’ve come a long way since you began treatment. You have worked hard, suffered, overcome, cried. You have succeeded. You have grown stronger and healthier than you have been in a long time. You should be proud of yourself.
That accomplishment isn’t the finish line, though. The finish line is lifelong sobriety.
Outpatient programs were created to help you transition into your new life with minimized risk and maximized support. If you’ve completed treatment and would like a hand to hold while you learn how to walk in sobriety, an outpatient program may be for you.
